While the dogs were snoring, we hijacked the roaster in Bend, Oregon, to craft a roast suited for creatures with higher standards and significantly more chaotic tendencies. We took premium beans and roasted them light to lock in bright, zesty fruit notes, wild aromatics, and enough naturally dense caffeine to fuel full-throttle sprints down the hallway for no discernible reason. It’s serious coffee with an aggressively disrespectful mascot.
