I make it when you ask for it. That means:
- Print → Cut → Sew → Press → Ship
But when it arrives — it was made for you, not everyone.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Individual items may take longer to process and will ship separately. We always try notify you of any delays, but please reach out if it feels a little long.
We offer $3.95 flat rate shipping to United States on most orders. Actual shipping price will display at checkout. Sometimes, Shopify calculates shipping differently than we hope, please contact us before or after placing the order, so we can make this right.
* While most items take 3-7 business days after being shipped, Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States may take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping with $50 order in US! Available in the United States only, most orders totaling over $50 ship for free; however, some products may require additional shipping or handling and will be marked as such. This offer is only available in the USA.
International Free Shipping EU customers receive free shipping with €80 or more purchase. UK customers receive free shipping over £75. Australian and New Zealand customers receive free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more. Canadian customers receive free shipping on orders over $80.
* Free Shipping only applies to standard shipping. Some products require additional shipping due to size or international location and do not qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries, and shipping will be calculated at checkout. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping out of the USA.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pug Life is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. We try to pre-pay the VAT whenever possible, but some of our items ship directly from manufacturer in your country or region, so we cannot always control VAT. Vat is already included in orders shipped from the UK.
Where's my Stuff?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the shipping service.
If you live in the United States and haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We cannot control delays within the USPS system, but apologize in advance--we know how frustrating it is!
Where in the World is Pug Life?
Pug Life is based in Seattle, Washington, United States and we ship from the United States unless otherwise noted. We aim to deliver Pug Life products to the US within 7-10 business days or faster. At times, our items are sent directly from our partners. Our Made in the UK line ships worldwide from London and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Dog Harnesses, Treat Pouches, and other Made in Hong Kong items ship directly from Hong Kong and usually arrive within 7-14 business days, but current US Tariffs can delay this.
