This blend features Ethiopian heirloom varietals prized for their bright floral and tea-like qualities, Mexican Bourbon and Typica for clean sweetness and balanced acidity, and Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for body and chocolate foundation. The combination creates an almost nutty-chocolateness.
